Induction Standards Self-Assessment and Goal Setting

A matrix developed for self-assessing the extent to which your program is addressing the Illinois Standards for High Quality and Effective Beginning Teacher Mentoring and Induction Programs, listing evidence you have that supports your rating, and generating long-term and short-term goals related to each of the standards. This matrix only contains Standards 1, 2, 4, and 5, but contains a blank matrix at the end that can be utilized for any of the other standards.
