Jodi Bouris, M.S. Ed.

Prior to joining INTC, Jodi Bouris served as a professional development consultant, both privately and for the Peoria Regional Office of Education at Two Rivers Professional Development Center. She also spent 30 years as a classroom teacher, mentoring new teachers, student teachers, and interns. During her tenure at Two Rivers her responsibilities included coordination of the Induction and Mentoring Grant, funded by ISBE, for the Peoria and Knox County ROEs. Her responsibilities included developing and managing the program, overseeing the consortium of partnering school districts, collecting data on program effectiveness, and providing training to administrators, mentors, and new teachers. She is a certified trainer for ICE 21, Induction/Mentoring for the 21st Century. Her position as Coordinator of the ROE Induction/Mentoring funded program afforded her the opportunity to access the valuable resources provided by INTC and collaborate with their consultants.
