Carole Einhorn

Prior to joining INTC, Carole Einhorn served as New Teacher Induction Facilitator for Community Consolidated School District 15 (CCSD15), in Palatine, IL. She also taught elementary school for 25 years, was an assistant principal and a Teacher On Special Assignment for 9 years. During that time, she designed and coordinated CCSD15’s Teacher Induction/Mentoring Program. Carole also served as a Mentor Trainer for Governors State University’s Alternative Teacher Certification Program. She was also part of the original design team that created the ICE 21 Mentor Training. Carole is dedicated to ensuring that new teachers get the support they need to develop into effective teachers and sees participation in INTC as a way to continue her efforts.
