Conference Exhibitor Information

10th Annual INTC Induction and Mentoring Conference
February 24 & 25, 2015

Thank you for your interest in providing an exhibit for the conference. The following are the exhibit guidelines:

  • The for-profit exhibitor fee is $100, unless waived.
  • There is no fee for non-profit exhibitors.
  • Each exhibitor will have one 6-foot skirted table and two chairs behind the table.
  • Exhibitors will not have power available.
  • Exhibitor displays may be up February 24, from 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. and February 25, 7:00 a.m.-end of conference. This allows ample time for participants to browse exhibits when the conference is not in session.
  • Exhibitors should remove all display items and any other valuables during the overnight hours; neither the Hilton Springfield nor INTC is responsible for any missing or damaged items.
  • Exhibits will be located in the hotel mezzanine, a high-traffic area.
  • Exhibitors are solely responsible for collecting the cost of any items they sell.
  • Exhibitors must register for the conference. The registration fee includes meals at the conference, an evening reception, and discounted hotel rates. Registration is online only at: http://intc.education.illinois.edu/conference
  • Exhibitors will be listed in the conference booklet; the deadline to be included in the conference booklet is January 30.
