Summary In District 87, the Induction and Mentoring program is defined by a concerted team effort of teachers and administrators collaborating to form sustainable partnerships. From the mentor selection process, to the mentor training through interactive learning, to formative sessions, and reflective practice, a solid foundation for mentor and beginning teacher support has been constructed. When you hear the word "mentoring," what one word comes to mind? For us, it is "Success"!
