Summary Prior to each school year, plans begin for New Teacher Orientation. Often, these sessions leave new teachers feeling overwhelmed and anxious. Instead, what if you could use these sessions to inspire your new staff? Learn how in this interactive session! Engage your new teachers in research-based, interactive techniques that will motivate and inspire them as they head into the new school year. Based on the principles of adult learning, you will leave this session with a toolkit of ideas to use in your next new teacher orientation. Sharing of inspirational ideas from the field will be included and encouraged!
