Summary Over the last four years, Olympia High School has seen school growth amongst teachers and students due to developing a literacy coaching and peer mentoring program. These two programs, embedded within one another, have allowed teachers to work together to make their classrooms instructionally better places. This session will provide quantitative and qualitative data to support our programs and will also provide practical strategies, forms, and support to enhance programs at other schools. This presentation will include hands-on practice of our easy to adapt instructional strategies.
