Summary To reinforce the "Heart of Teaching" for our new teachers, induction programs need to have the support and follow through from all stakeholders in the school community. Come and listen to one district's journey of transformation from a basic state approved induction program to an intensified, supportive program where all new teachers receive timely formative feedback through the coaching process. Learn how we launch and welcome new staff at our orientation, embed the Charlotte Danielson Framework for Teaching, and utilize technology as part of our professional development for staff through the use of the professional learning community model.
