The Illinois Induction Program Standards and Continuum
The Illinois Induction Program Standards and the accompanying guidance document, the Illinois Induction Program Continuum, were developed collaboratively by representatives from leading educational organizations throughout the state. The Standards and the Continuum are based on research findings and expert recommendations in the field of beginning teacher induction. Both documents are endorsed by the Illinois State Board of Education as guiding documents for Illinois induction program development and ongoing program improvement.
