"The mission of the committee is to provide advisory leadership as to how Illinois State University (ISU) can continue to support its graduates in the early years of teaching and assist schools that work and partner with ISU in their support of all beginning teachers. A primary goal of the committee is to promote and develop a comprehensive scheme for supporting ISU graduates and all beginning teachers in schools that work and partner with ISU."
