Rubric created by induction leaders at the Monroe/Randolph ROE for use by administrators to improve the quality of the mentor selection process. As an added feature for program evaluation, our Leadership Team identified that it could also be used as a mentor evaluation by new teachers in the program, and also as a self-reflection by mentors on their own abilities. The data from these three sources could then be used to identify gaps/discrepancies in the perspectives and to then address them in our plans to improve the program. This year will be our baseline data for future use of the rubric.
