Shared Roles and Responsibilities Matrix (blank): A tool for clearly defining all stakeholders' roles and responsibilities as it relates to meeting the Illinois Standards for High Quality and Effective Beginning Teacher Induction Programs. This tool is useful for planning and also to assess how your program is insuring that all stakeholders have a serious role in supporting beginning teachers and in implementing the organization's induction program.
Clarifying Roles & Responsibilities Matrix (example): I-KAN ROE #32's example for how they utilized a Roles and Responsibilities Matrix for their own program design and communication. This matrix is based on the ISBE funded programs grant guidelines and expectations.
