Admininistrator Action Plans

Governors State University has established an ongoing administrator learning community in the area of induction and mentoring in each of our 12 partner districts. As part of this ongoing work, our administrators set action plan goals regarding their support of our program and their new teachers. This year we added an additional goal to assist them in coordinating their important instructional initiatives with induction programming in their district/building.
